Before placing any temporary staff, Bell undertakes an Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) assessment of our client’s environment. We have a shared responsibility with our clients to ensure that where you are working is a safe place to be. As we are not with you every day we are relying on our client and you to be our eyes and ears of the workplace.
Prevention is better than cure so Bell is encouraging you to report ANY near misses, incidents or accidents that have happened within your workplace, even if they do not involve you. These reports are dealt with the strictest confidence and are only used to work together with the client to avoid further or more serious incidents.
