How It Works
With your contact’s permission, simply fill in the details below and we will make contact with them, arrange an interview and take it from there. Or simply send their name, email address and phone number to info@bluestonerceruitment.com.au. If we successfully appoint your referral in a permanent or on hire role then a $100 Coles Myer Appointment Reward gift voucher is yours. If they stay more than 3 months, you’ll receive another Coles Myer $100 gift voucher as a Placement Reward.
Appointment Reward Referrals
- A referral that commences a permanent role.
- A Completed On-Hire assignment of at least 4 weeks.
Placement Reward Referrals
- Those referrals that successfully complete their permanent role probationary period.
- Cumulative On-Hire assignments of at least 3 months.
Reward Conditions
- Appointments must be made within 3 months of the initial referral.
- Referred Candidates need to be new to Bluestonerecruitment or have not been contacted by us in the last 12 months.
- The reward will be given to the first introduction only where there are duplicate referrals for the same person.
- Payment will be made within 2 weeks of the commencement of the appointment or completion of the qualifying time period.
